About the Role:
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of production equipment. Your expertise in troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and advanced technologies like PLCs, HMI systems, and robotics will drive efficiency and minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot machinery and perform routine preventive maintenance.
- Operate and maintain HMI systems for equipment monitoring.
- Work with PLC communication protocols, loop checking, and I/O simulations.
- Handle field instruments, including sensors, transmitters, and control valves.
- Create and interpret electrical diagrams, designs, and related documents.
- Minimize downtime by achieving top-class OEE, MTTE, MTBF, and Yield.
What We’re Looking For:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
Experience: 2-6 years in maintenance engineering, with preferred expertise in robotics, vacuum products, and industrial tools.
