Responsibilities: Deliver High-Quality Lessons: Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in Hair and Beauty, covering both theoretical and practical aspects of the curriculum. Student Assessment: Assess students' progress through assignments, practical assessments, and exams, providing constructive feedback to help them achieve their potential. Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development and updating of the Hair and Beauty curriculum, ensuring it meets industry standards and prepares students for employment. Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, managing student behavior and fostering a culture of respect and professionalism. Student Support: Provide academic and pastoral support to students, addressing their individual learning needs and helping them overcome any barriers to success. Contract Positions eXede Ltd is acting as an Employment Business and the successful applicant will be engaged by the agency on a PAYE basis.
