Budget Salon Supplies is seeking a customer service–orientated Full Time Assistant to join our Five Dock store.
We are a growing hair and beauty wholesale / Retail business with locations in Five Dock and Rockdale, supplying all the major professional hair and beauty brands. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team within a well-established company.
About the Role
This is a front-facing customer service role, ideal for someone with experience in the hairdressing or beauty industry who enjoys a busy and dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Providing exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone
Assisting customers with product selection and sales
Processing sales, invoicing, and payments
Picking, packing, and dispatching orders
Restocking shelves and maintaining store presentation
Supporting daily store operations
To Be Successful, You Will Have
Previous experience in the hair or beauty industry (essential)
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Sales experience with a customer-focused approach
Strong organisation and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
