Join Valonz Haircutters in Paddington an Award winning salon Hair Dresser of the Year Editorial Stylist of the Year

Applicant MUST have a minimum of 3 years Hair Salon Reception / management experience. Ability to use Shortcuts booking program is a great advantage.

Job commences asap

Key responsibilities include:

Delivering exceptional customer service and being switched on and happy – No day is the same; thinking on your feet and being problem solved focused is a must.
Coordinating the salon floor to make sure the day runs smoothly
Ability to handle inbound calls with speed & efficiency
Taking all client appointments both booking & rebooking
Educating clients about the exciting services that are available
Ability to handle inbound calls with speed and efficiency.
Data entry
Appointment book management
The right candidate will have the below:

A ‘can do’ attitude & able to rise to challenges
You must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a manager / reception role
A background in hairdressing or Beauty would be beneficial
Ability to problem solve on the go
Be able to work salon hours including weekends.
Competent in PC platforms – experience with Shortcuts software is an advantage
Previous experience in leading a team
Confident & committed to doing & giving the very best salon experience to our long-standing clientele.
