Hair Stylist – York Street Spa (Downtown Ottawa)
Full-Time or Part-Time | Commission or Chair Rental | Flexible Contract Options
York Street Spa, one of Ottawa’s most recognized Aveda salons and spas, is looking for a talented and experienced Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team in the heart of the ByWard Market.
Work in a professional, high-traffic, and welcoming environment with flexible hours, supportive colleagues, and an established clientele base.

Daily Responsibilities:
Application of color, highlights, and treatments
Precision cutting and personalized styling
Execution of formal styles and updos
Building and maintaining a loyal clientele
Participation in ongoing team collaboration and education
Flexibility with scheduling, including evenings and weekends
Who You Are:
Licensed hairstylist in Canada
2–3+ years of experience behind the chair
Brings and is actively building a clientele
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Experience with curly/textured hair, updos, or silk press is a strong asset
Passionate about creating customized client experiences and maintaining high standards of service
