PAFY is seeking a dynamic Hair Technician & Technical Sales Educator to join our team. This hybrid role combines hair expertise with sales and educational skills to showcase and promote our innovative hair products to salons across India. As a TechnoSales professional, you will play a critical role in both educating salon professionals about our products and driving sales through demos and relationship building. You will be instrumental in developing a market for PAFY in a competitive landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
• Product Demonstration & Education:
• Conduct on-site demonstrations of PAFY's hair products at salons, focusing on our signature treatments (e.g., Nanoplastia and Phytotherapy).
• Train salon professionals on the correct use of products, emphasizing product benefits and techniques.
• Sales & Market Development:
• Build and manage relationships with salon owners and hairstylists to drive product adoption.
• Develop sales strategies and execute them to meet sales targets in assigned regions.
• Work closely with salon professionals to understand their needs and recommend suitable PAFY solutions.
• Rapport Building & Customer Management:
• Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular follow-ups and personalized service.
• Resolve client queries and ensure customer satisfaction to foster loyalty and retention.
• Distributor Appointment & Management:
• Identify, appoint, and manage regional distributors to expand market reach.
• Oversee distributor operations, ensuring efficient product distribution and timely payments.
• Pan-India Travel:
• Travel extensively across India to visit salons, conduct demos, and engage with salon professionals.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and seminars to network and promote PAFY products.
• Sales Administration:
• Track and manage sales orders, handle invoices, and ensure timely payment collection from salons and distributors.
• Prepare reports and provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in hair treatment services, hair education, or similar roles.
• Proven track record in sales or customer relationship management, preferably in the beauty or salon industry.
• Excellent technical knowledge of hair products and treatments (e.g., smoothing, straightening, protein treatments).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with salon professionals.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
• Ability to thrive in a competitive and fast-paced environment.
