• Personable stylist with at least 3 years of experience in cutting, styling, and coloring with strong attention to detail and focus on satisfying customers.
• Enthusiastic about the hair care industry with dedication to provide high-quality custom cuts and design.
• Extensively trained at upscale salon with experience in proper styling, cutting, straightening, and colour techniques and procedure.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops to convey all the technical information to our hair care brands.
• Perform regular in-salon training and plan the calendar as per the demo dates.
• Manage the training budget effectively.
• Prepare training session plans and presentations.
• Must have excellent knowledge of services, techniques, & technologies and provide consistent feedback and coaching.
• Must have good communication skills with people-oriented approach in developing lasting professional relationships with students .
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
