• Collaborate with the management team to implement store management strategies that improve overall performance.
Experience
• Proven experience in beauty treatments and customer service is essential.
• Proficiency in makeup application, eyelash extensions, and barbering is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with clients effectively.
• Experience in mentoring or training staff is an advantage.
• A background in upselling products or services will be beneficial.
