Responsibilities
Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cuts, Men's haircut and woman haircut, color, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools and workstations in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer professional advice on styles and products.
Upsell retail products that complement the services provided, enhancing the client experience while driving sales.
Assist with front desk duties as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere for all clients.
Experience
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates willing to learn.
Strong knowledge of hair styling techniques, trends, and products is essential.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Experience in retail sales or upselling is a plus, enhancing your ability to recommend products that meet client needs.
