Responsibilities
Haley & Aldrich's Marketing Department is looking for a full-time or part-time (24 hours/week minimum) Marketing Administrative Assistant to assist the Marketing team in various marketing and communications activities, including coordinating conferences logistics, supporting our internal and external communications efforts, and conducting research
Work with Senior Marketing and Events Coordinator and Marketing Managers to support conferences and events logistics including coordinating advertisements, registering conference attendees, managing invoices, tracking exhibit booth materials, organizing conferences-related data, and other activities as needed
Track companywide involvement in industry associations
Work with the Marketing team and others within the organization to track and submit for annual awards and top/best of industry lists
Work with the Internal Communications Manager to support internal communications projects including posting stories on the intranet, updating the editorial calendar, and developing first draft content for intranet stories
Work with Marketing Communications Manager to support professional staff headshot development process
Update the Marketing team project tracker
Strong attention to detail to deliver high quality work products that meet document standards

Haley & Aldrich's Marketing Department is looking for a full-time or part-time (24 hours/week minimum) Marketing Administrative Assistant to assist the Marketing team in various marketing and communications activities, including coordinating conferences logistics, supporting our internal and external communications efforts, and conducting research. This position will be based in our Burlington, MA office.

Duties/Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:
• Work with Senior Marketing and Events Coordinator and Marketing Managers to support conferences and events logistics including coordinating advertisements, registering conference attendees, managing invoices, tracking exhibit booth materials, organizing conferences-related data, and other activities as needed.
• Track companywide involvement in industry associations.

Skills/Experience
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative or marketing work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English or related field preferred.
• Excellent people skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to respond promptly and effectively to external and internal clients, and efficiently manage time to prioritize tasks.
• Strong attention to detail to deliver high quality work products that meet document standards.
