We’re looking for an experienced Halwai to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing sweet and snack food and creating new and innovative menus.
Role Description:
• India Sweets and Savoury preparation
• Crafting a new and innovative menu in the sweet and savoury category
• Preparation of Indian cold desserts
• Manage Food cost
• Manage entire production
• Who are we looking for:
• 4-5 years of experience
• Well-versed in all kind of Indian sweets
• Knowledge of savouries
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, responsible, and willing to learn
