Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and passionate Handbag and Accessories Designer to join our team in New Delhi, India. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of design trends to create iconic products that reflect Akinna's brand values. Responsibilities: Design and develop innovative handbag and accessory collections aligned with the brand's aesthetic and market needs. Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize seasonal themes, materials, and color palettes. Create detailed technical drawings, sketches, and 3D models to guide production. Work closely with artisans and production teams to ensure high-quality craftsmanship. Research global fashion trends, materials, and techniques to inspire new designs. Ensure designs are functional, durable, and meet target customer expectations. Contribute to brainstorming sessions for limited-edition and signature collections. Stay updated on sustainable design practices and integrate them into products where applicable. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Accessories Design, or a related field. Experience in handbag or accessory design. Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CAD tools. Knowledge of materials like leather and embellishments, and their applications. Excellent sketching and rendering skills. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and trends.
