About the Position:
You will be responsible for designing and developing our debut collections using traditional block printing techniques. You will work closely with local artisans and suppliers to ensure high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the founder on product development and design intent
• Source high-quality fabrics and materials
• Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
Requirements:
• Prior experience in designing and developing clothing – ideally in handcrafted or slow fashion
• Solid understanding of textiles, printing techniques, and garment construction
• Good eye for color, detail, and trend-awareness
• Fluent in Hindi and English
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
