Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an experienced Lead Interior Designer, based in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. As a Lead Interior Designer, you will oversee and execute comprehensive interior design projects while leading a team of designers. and delivering innovative interior solutions tailored to client needs. Immediate joiners or candidates available within 15 days are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage end-to-end residential interior design projects
• Understand client requirements and translate them into creative design concepts
• Create space planning, layouts, and design presentations
• Develop 2D drawings and 3D designs (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and execution teams
• Supervise site work and ensure design implementation as per plan
• Manage timelines, budgets, and overall project deliverables
• Guide, mentor, and manage junior designers
• Handle client meetings, presentations, and ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
• 5–7 years of experience as a Lead Interior Designer, specifically in residential projects
• Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, and residential design execution
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design tools
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in coordinating with vendors and site teams
Preferred Qualifications
• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
• Experience in handling high-end residential or turnkey projects
