As a close-knit team, we rely on efficient, collaborative production and a deep commitment to quality and food safety.

We’re looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to help lead our operations — someone who thrives on the floor, builds trust with their team, and isn’t afraid to get their hands floury.

Position Summary

The Production Supervisor plays a key leadership role in daily operations, ensuring that production targets are met efficiently while maintaining quality and food safety standards. This position is both supervisory and operational — working directly with staff during peak production times and overseeing four key production areas.

Strong Excel skills are essential, as we do not use ERP software for production planning.

Supervise and actively participate in daily production tasks across four departments

Maintain accurate production records and reports, including batch and shift summaries

Identify bottlenecks or quality issues and implement process improvements

Support GMP, HACCP, JHSC, and workplace safety requirements at all times

Maintain strong floor presence and coordinate breaks and lunch schedules

Assist in disassembly and reassembly of production equipment for cleaning or changeover

Participate in SOP development and ensure proper documentation is completed daily

Lead by example with a positive, dependable, and proactive attitude

Qualifications

High school diploma required; post-secondary education in food production or a related field preferred

4+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (food industry an asset)

Working knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and JHSC standards

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ability to create and manage basic production planning tools

Strong leadership and communication skills in a multicultural team environment

Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and solve problems on the floor

Physical ability to lift up to 22kg and work in both hot and cold production areas

Reliable, disciplined, and committed to maintaining quality and safety standards

This is a salaried, full-time position. A competitive salary will be offered based on experience and qualifications, along with the opportunity to grow within a stable and supportive company.
