Job Description
Taking out all Trash around the property picked up, parking lot and all walkways, Empty trash cans, and cigarette butt dispensers, wash off or mop sidewalk spills, be sure all windows clean, and rugs are straightened and empty A.C. rock pans.
Straighten up pool area and clean out any debris, in and around pool.
Emptying all the trash buckets, and put new liners in them. Check the Kitchen and office area for trash to be taken out. empty every day.
Check the elevator, for cleanliness, and check everywhere for light bulbs out, replace them. Clean up around the trash container
Look for safety issues we need to fix.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
8 hour shift
