We are looking for a dependable Handyman / Maintenance Technician to support general building and grounds maintenance. This role focuses on routine repairs, upkeep, and facility support to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment.
Responsibilities
Perform general maintenance and repair work, including:
Carpentry
Light plumbing
Light electrical work
Basic mechanical repairs
Conduct visual inspections of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boilers) and report issues.
Assemble and install furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
Disassemble, remove, and dispose of materials as needed.
Perform indoor and outdoor painting.
Set up and break down tables, chairs, and equipment for events.
Maintain clean and organized maintenance and storage areas.
Perform general outdoor and grounds maintenance.
Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of handyman or maintenance experience.
Experience with painting, carpentry, light electrical, and light plumbing work.
Basic knowledge of building systems.
Basic computer skills.
Valid NYS Driver’s License (required).
Trade school or maintenance-related certifications are a plus.
