Professional Property Management Company looking for Handyman for maintenance in Fort Lauderdale area, FL.
We are a full-service Property Management company specializing in Short Term Rentals in Fort Lauderdale areas. We are looking for qualified contractors for Handyman/Laborer/Remodeling and updating units. We are now hiring painters, electricians, plumbers, handyman, carpenters, tile layers, demo, flooring installers, kitchen/cabinet installers, and countertop slab installers. We have various projects monthly for our clients.
Schedule: Monday - Saturday 7am - 6pm - schedule can be flexible per project
Pay: $25-$45/hour depending on job, or per project cost - Scope of work needed
Contractor/Crew Experience:
Workers/Crew must have at least 3+ years of experience as a Handyman or Contractor in your specific trade with samples of work.
We can pay per hour or per project cost with scope of work
Looking for various Construction Handyman and Remodeling Contractors with experience in one or more of the following: Painters/Drywalls, Plumbers, Electricians, Flooring Installers, Door installers, Kitchen and Bathroom remodeling (Demo, Kitchen Cabinets, Slab Installation, Appliances install, Backsplash install, Hardware install, Paint)
This is a long-term, project by project need. Looking for reliable and talented construction workers.
Must be ok with travel to Fort Lauderdale, FL.
