Work schedule: Full-Time, Year-Round, Monday – Friday, 6:30am – 2:30pm (winter hours), 7:00am – 3:00pm (summer hours), occasional weekends, some overtime required. Taking emergency calls after hours may be required.
Job Duties to include but not be limited to:
Perform general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures.
General repair and construction of furniture and office equipment.
Moving or relocating of inventory, equipment, or office equipment, if necessary.
Maintenance and upkeep of grounds and parking lots. Removing garbage.
Maintaining fountains and outside features. Snow removal. Weed control.
Ensuring the safety of buildings and surroundings.
