Job Summary:
We are hiring for Hardware & Networking Technical Assistant to join our team. Assisting with Senior and Ensure network security and connectivity. Operate master consoles in order to monitor the performance of computer systems and networks, coordinate computer network access and use, and test for weaknesses. Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords. Resolve problems reported by the end-user.
Purpose
Maintain hardware and network infrastructure through hands-on cleaning, LAN and WAN verification, Ethernet troubleshooting and port configuration.
Responsibilities
Clean and maintain PCs servers routers switches and printers
Inspect secure and label Ethernet cables and ports
Test LAN connectivity with ping traceroute and replace faulty cables
Diagnose WAN issues and verify internet uplinks
Confirm devices are connected to correct LAN or WAN ports
Record maintenance work label infrastructure report recurring issues.
Regular physical cleaning of all systems (wiping with a dry cloth, keeping systems dust-free).
Checking internal hardware (RAM, HDD, cables, etc.) and basic troubleshooting if any issue arises.
Ensuring all systems are running smoothly every day.
Maintaining the health of the UPS systems, network switches, LAN cables, and internet connectivity.
Coordinating with the team if any system or connection has a problem and resolving it quickly
Time Off
One Sunday off per month
Remaining three paid days off to be taken on fixed weekdays
Skills and Qualifications
Hands‑on experience in hardware upkeep and Ethernet networking
Basic understanding of LAN WAN principles and diagnostic tools
Attention to detail and disciplined record‑keeping
Clear communication and ability to escalate issues
