Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hardware Developer Head at URR Manufacturing LLP located in Mumbai. The Hardware Developer Head will be responsible for overseeing the hardware development process, leading a team of hardware developers, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality hardware products. The role requires strong technical expertise in hardware design, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing.
Compensation:70k-80k
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in hardware design, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing
• Proficient in hardware programming languages (e.g., VHDL, Verilog) and hardware description languages (HDL)
• Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout tools
• Strong knowledge of electronic components and manufacturing processes
• Understanding of hardware development methodologies and best practices
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
