Key Responsibilities:
• Planning and Design:
• Develop test plans, scenarios, and scripts based on project requirements and specifications.
• Identify and prioritize testing tasks.
• Create and maintain test environments, including software installations, hardware configurations, and network setups.
• Execution and Analysis:
• Execute test cases manually and/or using automated testing tools.
• Identify, document, and report software defects, including severity and priority.
• Analyze test results, identify trends, and communicate findings to development teams.
• Work with development teams to reproduce, debug, and resolve identified issues.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure software meets requirements.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for improving the software development process.
• Communicate test results, findings, and recommendations to relevant teams.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated with the latest testing tools, techniques, and methodologies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of software testing processes and methodologies.
