Job Description
What will you do:
Lead and organize technical teams across product development lifecycle, ensuring optimal user experience through established usability standards
Conduct comprehensive usability evaluations including heuristic assessments, cognitive walkthroughs, and detailed task analysis
Drive product enhancement decisions through systematic compilation and analysis of usability test results
Establish and implement usability best practices and standards across product development teams
Guide technical teams in implementing user-centered design principles while managing departmental operations

Proven track record in managing usability testing and design for hardware/software products
Deep understanding of user experience principles and human-centered design methodologies
Strong analytical capabilities with experience in conducting and analyzing complex usability studies
Excellence in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration
Demonstrated ability to translate technical insights into actionable product improvements
