LEXIA COMMUNICATIONS INC. an authorized service provider for TELUS is presently hiring an energetic Full Time Hardwired Alarm Technician for TELUS Smart Home in Calgary, AB and surrounding areas.
Stable Job, with competitive pay
Pay range $30 - $40/hr
Minimum 2 - 5 years experience in DSC Neo Hardwire Alarms
Install, service, and program hardwired alarm systems
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with security systems
Install and secure keypad panels, door/window contacts, and related components
Perform service work following established procedures and techniques, using appropriate tools, testing equipment, and replacement parts
Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support to clients
What's Required:
Experience with hardwired systems like DSC and Neo is required.
Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
This role involves daily interaction with customers, so you must be comfortable and effective in communicating with and training users.
Must to have:
A reliable vehicle is required
Must possess basic tools
Subject to a criminal background check
Must have experience with hardwired systems like DSC, Neo, and similar systems
