LEXIA COMMUNICATIONS INC. an authorized service provider for TELUS is presently hiring an energetic Full Time Hardwired Alarm Technician for TELUS Smart Home in Calgary, AB and surrounding areas.
Stable Job, with competitive pay
Pay range $30 - $40/hr
Minimum 2 - 5 years experience in DSC Neo Hardwire Alarms
Install, service, and program hardwired alarm systems
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with security systems
Install and secure keypad panels, door/window contacts, and related components
Perform service work following established procedures and techniques, using appropriate tools, testing equipment, and replacement parts
Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support to clients
What's Required:
Proven experience with hardwired systems such as DSC, Neo, and similar platforms is required
Strong communication and customer service skills are essential
This role requires regular interaction with customers, so the ability to confidently communicate and effectively train end users is crucial
Must to have:
A reliable white vehicle is required
Must possess basic hand tools
Criminal background check will be conducted
Must have experience with hardwired systems such as DSC, Neo, or similar system.
