Roles & Responsibilities:
TAKE 'ON CALL'/'WALK IN ENQUIRIES' ENQUIRIES AND TRY TO EXPLAIN OUR PRODUCTS
CONVINCE ENQUIRIEES TO TAKE ADMISSIONS
GET AGREEMENT SIGN WITH EVERY STUDENT
Fee follows ups
FILL IN ALL RELATED INFORMATION AND COLLECT DOCUMENTS
FINXL make batches & ensure attendance, send emails, Content sharing including videos & pdfs to Students
Digital Marketing (posting on social media linkedin, twitter, fb, insta) like selection, other events (classroom)
Organizing training activities in a classroom & Manage batches
Manage instructor schedules, coordinate class starts at multiple locations, and manage training equipment and materials including interaction with vendors
Client interaction and negotiation
Send training details to clients, students.
Design and prepare educational aids and materials
Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
Conduct regular evaluations to identify areas for improvement in program offerings.
Craft career plans
keep track of every student on their learning, performance measurement, market readiness, any further training need identification
Keep Students full data base - Resume, Picture, Expectations from the course, Email id, Mobile, Telegram no. during their enrolment, Invoice sharing, T&C form filling from students LMS access
Videos & content uploading on LMS
Get reviews on social media of every student
Connect Students on social media
Get reviews from students on near, social media (LinkedIn, fb, Instagram, twitter)
Encourage them to share their models, reports, other learnings on social media while tag FINXL & FACTSHEET on the same
Enquiry Follow ups, sending mails, WhatsApp, brochures, placement details, approx. placed student’s package
Sharing Content to Students
Send mails to student with their performance & growth charts, Absentees etc
Qualifications and Skills required:
Education- Graduation and Post Graduation (HR, Marketing, IB, Finance, Operations)
Experience- 0-3 Years of experience
Skills- Excellent communication (English, Hindi and Marathi(Optional)) and Management skills, strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
Working days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday.
Weekly off: Sunday
Stipend for Interns: 4K (Incentives Additional)
