You will also be involved in Menu Planning, creating weekly specials, and collaborating with the Head Chef to ensure culinary standards meet company expectations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supervising the kitchen team and delegating tasks
- Maintaining accurate inventory levels and ordering supplies
- Developing new menu ideas and recipes
- Ensuring a clean and organized work environment
We value candidates with relevant qualifications (minimum Certificate III) and at least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
