Responsibilities
- Produce compelling graphics and visual material and effectively communicate key messages across various channels and campaigns, including BTL activations, marketing collaterals, web, email, and digital ads, as required
- Ability to maintain consistency across different mediums.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure consistency of designs across various cross-channel initiatives
BTL Campaigns : Work Closely with the Marketing team to produce material for all on-ground campaigns while maintaining brand consistency, adapting creatives to our partner's needs. Adapt existing collateral based on campaign demands.
Publication design : Work closely with the Marketing & Product team to build product collaterals, publications, research papers and the like
- Assist with campaign and idea generation to help fill our marketing calendars with engaging content
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and juggle diverse creative demands
Requirement :
- 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, and having successfully worked as a Graphic Designer and/or Art Director for a leading agency is preferred.
- A degree or diploma in Graphic design or creative visualization is a must
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite & other design platforms
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography, illustration and design capabilities
- Print, web design experience
- Experience with BTL campaign, publication design and email campaign design and layout
- Fluency in understanding and interpreting strategy, creative/campaign briefs and developing initial brand and design concepts
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
