Marketing and Operations Coordinator | 2 - 3 Years | 2.5 - 3 LPA CTC
HaystackAnalytics is looking for highly motivated and organised Marketing and Operations Executive/senior executives to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the marketing and operations departments by coordinating and executing various projects, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering excellent customer Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns
• Coordinate the execution of marketing projects, including content creation, email marketing, and social media management
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
• Coordinate with internal departments and external clients for sample collection, report & prescription delivery, and scheduling doctor and genetic consultations.
• Manage and maintain customer databases and CRM systems
• Develop and maintain operational processes and procedures to ensure efficient workflows
• Monitor inventory levels of marketing collaterals and ensure timely ordering and delivery of supplies
• Create and maintain reports in Excel to track and analyze departmental metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
• Assist in process integration with external clients like taking care of processes till they get automated
• Taking inbound calls and doing outbound calls to communicate about products
Requirement
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in marketing and operations coordination
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems
• Ability to analyse data and draw insights to inform decision-making
• Customer-service-oriented with a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
