HC Truck Driver

HC Truck Driver – Civil Construction | Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced and reliable HC Truck Driver to join our civil construction team. If you take pride in safe driving, punctuality, and being part of high-performing crews on site, we want to hear from you.

Location: Sydney Based

Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, with weekend work as required)

Pay Rate: Competitive hourly rate + site allowances + penalties

About the Role:

Operate heavy combination (HC) trucks including truck and dogs or float combinations

Transport quarry materials, spoil, plant and machinery to and from construction sites

Work closely with site supervisors, plant operators, and labourers

Assist with loading/unloading where required

Maintain compliance with CoR, fatigue management and site safety protocols

Keep vehicles clean, serviced, and safe through daily pre-starts and inspections

To Be Successful, You’ll Need:

A current HC driver’s licence (essential)

Civil construction or earthworks experience (highly regarded)

White Card (Construction Induction)

Good understanding of load restraint and safety requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions

A strong work ethic and team player attitude

Clean driving history and commitment to safety
