Oracle Global Service Center (GSC) is a unit within oracle that establishes long-term relationships with many of Oracle's customers through annuity-based service contracts and project-based one-time services. It is an offshore Hub that will cater to the needs of all Service entities across Oracle globally. GSC team sells from a broad IT-services portfolio in both the fixed price and T&M basis. GSC services are typically requested by large Oracle customers that require the utmost attention to real mission-critical applications and processes. GSC covers the majority of large-scale Oracle customers.

Functional Architect –
• will play a highly strategic & visible role to enable successful go-lives for HCM Cloud implementation projects.
• is required to play a hands-on role to resolve issues in implementation projects, build POCs during the sales cycle, work on enhancing existing tools & accelerators, build new tools & accelerators.
• should be able to identify & resolve issues that are encountered during test cycles.
• needs to be a subject matter expert in a functional capacity across HCM Cloud modules / must have expertise in multiple modules and should have exposure to the entire HCM Cloud suite.
• should have exposure to ODA in a functional capacity.
• should have worked as a functional lead / architect for implementing HCM Cloud for one or more geographies (EMEA, APAC, North America, Latin America).
