Job Description
The role will interface extensively with senior Finance management at Fin Ops, GPO, GPMs, P2P Business and Segment Heads, and CFOs to deliver the Target Operating Model and build a sustainable and forward-looking finance organisation.
Strategy and Advisory
Drive the execution of P2P Strategy and Operational excellence that is aligned to the overall Fin Ops strategy.
Develop the messaging and story boarding of P2P vision, plan, and progress for various Finance forums.
Ownership of the P2P Budget and Headcount Management, including Forecasting, Operating model decisions, (Positions and Role upgrades) and Expense management.
Deliver the service model, service catalogue and tools for Plan to Perform that integrates the SLA, Billing, Inventory, Process mapping and Activity analysis assessments.
Play an advisory / consultant role, driving optimisation and organisation design, working closely with the P2P leadership team.
Develop and drive delivery of strategic vision and plan for the redesign of the Global Process Model, covering operating model, process, policies and procedures, controls, systems, and data.
Lead our Centralisation and Standardisation agenda working closely with the Segment Teams and Country CFOs.
Develop robust measures and metrics to effectively manage the P2P organisation.
Be a trusted advisor to the GPOs, FinOps MT and Global Finance partners and be able to support issues, communication, and influence outcomes.
People and Culture
Design and Implement strategies and framework for People, Process, Engagement and Recognition.
Enable Transparency in and Effectiveness of Talent development, Internal mobility, and Resourcing.
Lead of our Compensation framework in strict compliance to Fair Pay policy.
Lead our Annual Year end Review including framework on Salary Adjustments and IPAs.
Enhance overall culture of the organisation, with improved My Voice scores, through targeted actions.
Build and execute a People Engagement strategy that encompasses timely and relevant updates as well as social engagement to improve overall employee well being.
Lead the drive for up-tiering and up-skilling Finance to develop high performing teams for the future; inspire and engage people.
Business leadership / defining and agreeing solutions to drive effectiveness and efficiency with Finance and Business / Front Office management.
Support cross-Bank and finance talent development through thoughtful job design, selection of people managers and providing stretch opportunities for individuals to learn in role.
Employ, engage, and retain high quality people, with succession planning for critical roles.
Responsibility to review team structure / capacity plans.
Set and monitor job descriptions and objectives for direct reports and provide feedback and rewards in line with their performance against those responsibilities and objectives.

Country Performance Management
Lead the Service Delivery for Asia and Country CFO and their PM teams through enhanced analytics and decision-making support.
Build high performance FP&A teams driving global standard, optimised service offerings.
Drive Centralised processes through targeted Transitions and creating optimal Operating model for the Country teams.
Understand the current process state end to end with the aid of various Lean Six Sigma tools and identity various improvement opportunities.
Drive execution of identified improvement opportunities and wider P2P initiatives.
Support implementation of tools to contribute to finance organization design, outcomes, and requirements.
Governance, Controls and Enablement
Deliver and effective and transparent Recharge model that is aligned to our Operating Model and SLAs.
Enable an optimised Transition Governance process and management of end-to-end transition delivery.
Represent P2P during Service Review engagements with CFOs, provide management insights and address any CFO level actions from the Review meetings.
Reports directly to GPO, Plan to Perform and has membership of all major GFS operating committees and P2P management teams.
Oversight and Exception Management of our Enablement support (Infrastructure, Technology), and Location Strategy.
Risk Management
Manage the overall Risk profile for P2P processes; Represent the function in key Risk Forums.
Reinforce an effective and exemplary risk and control culture and further strengthen the control environment, ensure that specialist knowledge and skills are assigned to relevant needs.
Act to minimize operational loss and audit failures and take proactive measures to respond to matters arising and identify and manage forward looking risks.
Work with relevant teams to identify and mitigate identified operational risks in their areas.
Through assignment of direct and indirect reports, establish and maintain an appropriate framework and procedures for monitoring, identifying, measuring, assessing, reporting, and managing compliance, regulatory, financial crime, operational and reputational risks.
