Job Purpose : - Evaluate, analyze to ensure that solution for architecture is technically feasible and IT aspects are covered. - Ensure that solution is as per the principle of IT Strategy. Requirement Analysis : - Participate in requirement and FSD analysis to ensure that solution is technically feasible and IT aspects are covered. - Ensure proper volume estimations (TBRD) are carried out for new solutions, basis which stress tests are planned and executed. Evaluate/Recommend solution architecture : - Participate in the process of project planning to ensure that adequate timeframe is committed for IT activities and to ensure that all aspects of Change Management are covered. Documentation : - Validate/Prepare TCOs & HLEs so as to provide the same to BSG for infra requirements of the NSI projects & Enhancements. - Ensure thorough documentation and evidence are maintained for NSI projects & enhancement, with a target of achieving zero Audit Failures. - Responsible for end-to-end technical documentation creation and updated for end-to-end business journey. - Responsible for documentation the interphase and deployment design and topology being covered and updated regularly. - Define the process of Monitoring and resilience for every change. Testing : - Ensure SIT & Implementation is planned effectively for NSI projects & enhancement movement to ensure zero unplanned downtime during production movement and the cooling period. - Provision and maintain Test Systems based on requirements specified by BTG/BSG. Production Movement : - Ensure no Deployment/Integrity related technical failures, post releasing to users for production use. - Follow and compliance over release management. Change Management : - Capacity assessment of the hardware on account of each enhancement and provide necessary technical consultation/ vetting. - Studying all interface issues and provide consulting inputs to BSG team for impact remediation & inclusion of enhancements /changes in the impacted interface systems. Best practices : - Ensure ITPP is followed. - Doing parallel impact analysis and work toward minimizing IT risks. - Analyse latest technology and trends and scope of improvement in current system - Timely escalations of issues/delay. - Strong understanding on SDLC, Agile, Dev ops, IT Architecture, solutioning. - Good communication, Problem solving skills, Presentation & Networking Skills . Domain knowledge : - Wholesale Banking - Trade Finance, Supply chain Finance. Experience Required (examples listed below). - Years of Experience : 13-15 years. - Minimum 5-6 years of work experience in software development for Banking critical applications. - Exposure to Trade Finance & supply chain finance preferable.
