Kotak Mahindra Investment Relationship Manager-BRANCH BANKING-Branch Banking Kotak Mahindra • Haryana • via Indeed 13 hours ago Full–time Apply on Indeed Job description Investment Relationship Manager KRAs : • Developing and managing banking relationships with a select group of customers who are part of the portfolio mapped for their Financial Planning, Insurance and Investment Requirements. • Ensures high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy. • Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship. • Plansand conducts special sales initiatives andevents for prospective and existing clients. • Coordinates with other group companies to provide seamless accessto other products. • Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction.
