What you’ll do
HDFC Bank is hiring for the Customer Service Executive for Kolkata.
Post: Customer Service Executive / Customer Support Executive.
Note:- Inbound / Outbound depending upon the client requirement.
Location:- Kolkata, Jaipur.
Process:- Blended process (Voice, Chat)
Salary :- 16 K CTC/ Month, to 18 K CTC (must have a minimum of 12 Month)
Fresher and Experience both eligible.
Language Mandatory:-
Hindi & English Communication.

Roles and Responsibilities
This is a premium voice process for enterprise business of our telecom partner
(Customer Service)
Grad with Min 6 month Relevant experience (Calling/Customer service Exp) mandate .
Flexible to work in any shift Rotational.
Working days 6 days working
Candidate should be Ok with Rotational Offs. Ok with travelling on their own and should be ok even if Sunday is not a fixed Off / Week off.
Note:- 6 days Working and 1 Week Rotational Off.
24/7 Rotational Shifts (Male & Female both)
CAB Facility is therebetween 7 pm to 7 am
