Roles And Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Area/ Geography Mapping

• Source Relationship Management

• Maintain Reports

• Channel Partner Recruitment

• Team Huddle

• Customer Relationship Management

• Area/ Geography Mapping:

Responsible for mapping the assigned geography, identifying new sources, and reporting progress to reporting manager during team huddle.

• Source Relationship Management:

Responsible for managing the relationship with all assigned and identified sources in the geography/area.

• Maintain Reports:

Responsible for maintaining reports related to sales and activities in the prescribed format.

• Channel Partner Recruitment:

Responsible for identifying potential channel partners and ensuring they fall within the norms and category defined.

• Team Huddle:

Responsible for attending team huddle on a daily basis as per the set process and providing data in the prescribed format.

• Customer Relationship Management:

Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers to enhance the customer experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Ability to plan and map the allocated geography into areas/lane to lane

• Knowledge of the entire geography

• Ability to use tools and resources to identify potential sources

• Ability to understand the potential and ensure the expected LSR, SLR and MS of the source

• Knowledge and ability to use various tools to improve the relationship and ratios

• Knowledge of BSA empanelment process

• Ability to identify potential channel partners

• Ability to sell products and provide required services to customers

• Knowledge of KYC documentation and legal documentation and technical process

• Ability to handle objections

• Logical Reasoning

• Planning geography mapping and sales management skills

• Interpersonal Skills in customer relationship management and source management

• Selling Skills in conversions and handling customer objections
