Job Purpose:
To assist in the Enterprise Corporate vertical in performing various Finance management related critical supporting tasks covering Budgeting, Capex / Revex utilization, FPNs review and approvals, FPN utilization tracking, Periodic projections/provisioning, Overdue Advances tracking, Capitalization, Invoices/payments tracking, Financial audits, Periodic MIS/status reporting etc.
Experience Required
Experience of 8+ years
Job Responsibilities (JR): 6 – 8 Areas
·Manage Budgeting
Budget planning before the start of every Financial Year planning meetings for budget planning well in advance before financial year-end, analyzing previous year(s) spent/budgeting, finalizing the budgeting after necessary review, seek approvals from senior management and get the budget tags for the vertical activities and scope of work.
· Manage FPNs
Facilitate and review of FPNs to be raised for various purposes to RUN, CHANGE and TRANSFORM the Enterprise Corporate Apps Vertical. Maintain tracking and follow ups for FPN approvals.
· Capex / Revex Utilization
Track budget codes, and expenditures against it, tracking it into proper buckets for Capex / Revex, track Capitalization, updates in FAR etc. wherever applicable.
Overdue advances tracking
Tracking payments to Vendors and check for advance payments and enable a tracking mechanism to ensure the SOW is delivered and completion of the SOW to release any pending payments appropriately for closure of Project SOW.
Audit
Ensure adherence to all internal and external Audit and Compliance guidelines.
Finance Management functions reporting
Defining various processes and structure for performing the role, design checklists for periodic tracking and reporting of various performance indicator for the Finance Management of the Vertical, perform analysis and presentations/reports for MIS purpose
