Profile Operations - Employed Hub
Duties and Responsibilities
1) Credit Appraisal Responsible for the credit appraisal and underwriting of employed customers. Assessment of risk and repayment capacity of the customer to ascertain the credit worthiness by reviewing and verifing income statements, tax returns and other financial documents.
2) Loans Processing Recommending the loan application for approval post credit appraisal and personal discussion in compliance with the lending policies of the organization within defined TAT 3) Interaction and Loan Counseling Interacting with customers via telephone or email in order to understand the need of the customer and / or seek clarification on the documents perused to take an informed decision on the loan proposal
4) Relationship Management Maintaining relationship with various channel partners and internal departments to process the loan applications within defined TAT.
Skills
1) Communication Skills Strong command over verbal/written communication and should be a good listener (Proficiency over regional language will be an added advantage).
2) Integrity To exhibit high level of integrity and business ethics.
3) Teamwork Ability to work in a team to achieve the organization's goals.
4) Decision Making Ability to choose the best course of action based on data analysis and selecting the optimal outcome
5) Time Management and Multitasking Ability to multitask, prioritize and ensure the files are processed in a error free manner in specified TAT.
6) Analytical Skills To analyze financial statements like income statements, tax returns and other financial documents
7)Process Orientation Adheres strictly to standard operating procedures.
Qualification MBA/ PGDM
Experience 0-7 Years ( Freshers can also Apply)
CTC per annum range upto + Lac
Location - Mumbai
