MIS Reporting Reporting Auto Loans Insurance Business on a regular frequency Reporting TW Loans Insurance Business on a regular frequency Reporting of TR Loans Insurance Business on a regular frequency Reporting of CTG Loans Insurance Business on a regular frequency Customer Escalation Handling customer escalation within stipulated TAT Speaking to Business team and understanding the concern and nature of escalation Speaking to Insurance companies and ensure resolution is given Speaking to TPP Team and ensuring the correct resolution is given to the customer and customer satisfaction is maintained Retention Business Handling Renewal Business of Insurance companies and maintaining the desired level of business penetration Handling rollover business of insurance companies and maintaining the desired level of business penetration Speaking to channel partners, Sales team for retention business and understanding the gap if any Meeting with Insurance companies at a regular interval and understanding the trend of retention business and if any corrective measures need to be taken .

Job Responsibilities:
• Speaking to channels and customers for any issues and queries.
• Interaction with Operations team for smooth functioning. interacting with Internal/External Customers Interacting with Insurance companies and ensuring smooth processing at the ground level
• Constant interaction with Sales team so that smooth functioning is done at the ground level.
