-Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (Master's degree or professional certification is a plus).
-We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Head Accountant with 10+ years of experience.
-Internal Audit of accounts.
-Overseeing accounts department activities.
-Overseeing statutory compliances.
-Overseeing return filing.
-Overseeing roc compliances.
-Overseeing compliances under companies act, income tax act, gst act.
-Should be a good team leader.
-Reporting directly to md for day to day finance and accounting related activities.
-Maintaining cash flow.
-Arranging for bank finance/wc facilities.
- Advising management on changing regulatory laws including tax reforms/gst reforms/PF etc.
-Making sales MIS/P&L Projections/expense MIS.
- Assisting management in setting up new projects.
-Assisting in fund raising/equity/IPO/debentures etc.
Proficient in Tally, with hands-on experience in sales and purchase entry, bank reconciliation, printing of checks, and bank confirmation.
- Experience in Accounts MIS and assisting CFO in finalizing balance sheet, Preparation of Management Reports and Dashboards.
-Responsible for making payments to vendors and following up for outstanding payments.
- Proven experience as a senior-level accountant or accounting manager, preferably in the port infrastructure or logistics industry.
- Oversee the company's financial accounting processes, including the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date financial records.
-Oversee the general ledger function, ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions and proper classification of accounts.
-Monitor and analyse cash positions, bank reconciliations, and cash flow projections
