1. Accountant
Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day financial transactions.
Process NEFT payments, including shipping line payments, stamp duty, voucher payments, statutory payments, and company bills.
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates of payment vouchers.
Prepare and submit daily and weekly financial reports to seniors.
Assist in reconciling financial discrepancies and supporting audit activities.
2. Senior Accountant
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Experience Required: 5+ years
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day accounting activities and financial transactions.
Perform bank reconciliations and approve payments.
Supervise the billing department and ensure timely invoicing and follow-ups.
Monitor credit and debit transactions, resolve customer/vendor queries, and coordinate with relevant departments.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Assist in financial audits and statutory compliance.
3. Accounts Manager
Salary: ₹40,000 - ₹45,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
Experience Required: 8+ years
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the entire accounts team, ensuring smooth financial operations.
Oversee taxation matters, including GST filings and compliance.
Ensure timely and accurate bank reconciliations and audit processes.
Monitor financial statements, budgets, and cash flow management.
Coordinate with other departments to streamline financial reporting.
Provide financial insights and reports directly to the CEO/Director.
Implement best practices to enhance financial efficiency and risk management.
Requirements for All Roles:
Candidates must have experience in CHA, Freight Forwarding, Customs, or Logistics.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation (GST/TDS), and banking operations.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills for senior roles.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
