Job Description
Educational Qualification /Preference :
B. Com/M. Com, CA Inter / ICWA Preference to candidate with experience of about 8- 10 years in a manufacturing & export-oriented Co from Agro/ Food Processing Sector.
Key Responsible Areas :
The candidate should have thorough experience of minimum 5 years to handle bank compliance relating to working capital/ Term loan/LC/Bank Guarantee, forward contract etc.
He should also be capable of understanding the basics of sensitivity analysis, Analysis & application of fund flow, and preparation of daily cash flow statement.
Thorough Knowledge of assessment of working capital requirement, preparation of CMA etc.
Basic Knowledge of GST and other Tax Laws to deal with matters through consultants.
Finalization of quarterly/annual financial results with compliance of applicable accounting standards.
To lead the Team of Accounts & Finance Department.
Analysis and submission of need-based MIS to management.
Other Preferred Skills :
Good Communication Skill and other soft skills.
Can build a team to optimize productivity.
Techno Savy.
To Maintain Liaison with Bank.
