This is a senior management role involving direct interaction with the leadership team. It reports to the Head of Partnerships and Alliances,
What you will do
As Banking Alliances head, you will play an integral part in the building:
• Banking Partnerships : Liaise and build strong working relationships with senior leaders at banks. Leverage industry knowledge to craft thoughtful partnership, partnering with various stakeholders (including risk, product, engineering, compliance, legal, and treasury)
- Fintech Product : Co-create best in industry customer-facing products with banks- aimed at building market leadership for Park+. Sync product roadmap with banks to build custom flows with innovative features centered on great customer experience
- Business Development : Build effective sales partnerships with banks for cross-selling of Park+ products
- Digital Initiatives : Build inroads into regulatory and industry bodies such as IRDA, RBI, NPCI, NHAI, IHMCL to define the landscape for new digital initiatives
• Team Management : Lead the banking alliance team of Park+. Hire high performing team members and groom them to manage independent tracks within bank partnerships
You'll fit right in if you have :
• 58 years of work experience in leading digital platforms, preferably handling bank partnerships across bank products distribution, bank offers, and product partnerships with banks
• Strong existing network across bank teams retail banking, card teams, digital/innovation teams, Fastag, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to stretch and perform
• Strategic thinking supplemented with a lasersharp focus on execution
• Are keen to participate in a high growth journey building best in market products; redefining bank offerings to consumers
• The role is based out of Delhi and might involve occasional travel to Mumbai
