About Park+ :
Park+ is a Sequoia/Matrix backed early stage Start-up on a mission to connect commuters to safe, secure and digitized parking spaces all across the country.
We are trying to get cars off the street into existing and under-utilised parking spaces. $11M Series A Funded, Park+ have 250+ employees who have joined the journey within a year.
Led by someone who built & scaled the Paytm Wallet to heights, Mr Amit Lakhotia, Park+ has now grown to 8 cities with a footprint across 500 apartments, 100+ corporates and 1000+ parking locations.
About the Team:
Park+ has a vision to become the top Car Superapp in the country which solves for various commuting problems that users face every day.
We do this by working with multiple partners including Banks, Regulators, Insurance Companies, Malls, Societies, Consumer Apps, etc.
The Banking Alliances team at Park+ works on building these strategic partnerships with various banks across the country to achieve superior outcomes for the business.
What you'll do :
As Banking Alliances head, you will play an integral part in building:
• Banking Partnerships: Leverage industry knowledge to craft thoughtful partnership and product strategies with banks, partnering with various stakeholders (including risk, product, engineering, compliance, legal, and treasury)
• Build strategic go to market partnerships with the different teams in the bank Fastag team, Auto loans, Auto insurance, retail cards team
• Build strategic go to market partnerships with the different teams in the bank Fastag team, Auto loans, Auto insurance, retail cards team
• Product Building: Lead your team in the strengthening of banking partnerships by introduction of new products, features and solutions aimed at building market leadership for Park+
• Banking Sales: Build first in market cobranded offerings with the bank in the auto space
• Build inroads into regulatory and industry bodies such as IRDA, RBI, NPCI, NHAI, IHMCL to define the landscape for new digital initiatives.
• Seamlessly integrate bank offerings on Park+ platform for Park+ customers
• Build strong payment partnerships with leading players such as Paytm, Phonepe, Google Pay, Amazon Pay and Payment Aggregators like Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree etc.
• Team Management: Build Bank partnerships into a standalone vertical and lead the banking alliance team of Park+
You'll fit right in if you have :
• 5-10 years of work experience in leading banks, preferably in their business banking, current accounts, commercial banking etc.
• Strong relationship across banks, gateways, regulators including NPCI, RBI, etc
• Strategic thinking supplemented with a laser sharp focus on execution
• The role is based out of Delhi and might involve some bit of occasional travel to Mumbai.
