North Street Store in Cottesloe is seeking an experienced Head Barista!
Are you a coffee enthusiast who loves to create the perfect cup? Are you a charismatic and customer-focused individual with a passion for providing exceptional service? If so, we have the perfect role for you at North Street Store in Cottesloe!
As the leader of our barista team, you will be responsible for brewing and serving delicious coffee creations while delivering outstanding front-of-house service to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers with a warm and friendly demeanour, providing prompt and efficient service.
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee beverages, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Leadership and training of the barista team.
- Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
- Stock ordering and creating great relationships with our suppliers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Barista (minimum 2 years).
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques.
- Proven ability in equipment calibration and monitoring of volumetrics throughout each shift (grind, pour etc)
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring correct orders and efficient service.
- Weekend availability a must!
- A friendly and approachable personality, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Food safety and hygiene certification is a necessity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
