This role requires someone who knows how to mobilise his team smartly as part of a product launch to achieve voluminous sales through the defined distribution channels. But also having strong technical flair to leverage data for further brand visibility and outreach to new clients.

Roles and Responsibilities: -

Responsible for managing the Delhi/NCR CBSE Schools and coachings outreach program - Principal meetings, Workshops arrangement, Speakers, Standee, bulk orders and data collection
Liaise with Inside Sales and Specimen team to ensure conversions of leads
Manage the executive's team in Delhi/NCR to fulfil the orders and ensure maximum availability of new products across all channels
Do market research to meet distributors and retailers and understand the market trends
Skills Needed: -

Proven experience (at least 2 years) in managing a team of 10+ people
Proven experience of B2B (Schools based) work
Fluent spoken and written English (must)
Fluency in IT softwares/CRMs usage (hubspot/Google Drive, etc)
Proficient in excel (vlookups, formulae’s data analysis)
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertaintySales Manager
A Sales Manager is a professional who manages and oversees the sales operations in an organization. They're responsible for designing plans to meet targets, developing relationships with clients/customers, and evaluating costs for selling products and services.

Marketing a company’s products or services to prospective businesses and high-net-worth clients, identifying opportunities for marketing services offered by the company; performing administrative follow-ups to resolve customer problems, perform consulting about mergers, researching potential client’s portfolio and industry to be prepared in negotiations, forecasting business cases, and building business-to-business partnerships with clients, among others.

Roles and Responsibilities: -

Manage the team of field Sales Executives with their daily KPIs
Ensure the team is building relationships with key accounts and potential customers.
Own and hit/exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.
Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
Ensure the timely and successful conversion of leads into account creation, orders and regular support.
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. sales results and sales forecasts).
Prepare reports on account status.
Develop and Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities.
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Skills Needed: -

Proven experience (at least 2 years) of managing a team of at least 10 people.
Strong verbal and written English (must)
Fluency in IT systems usage
Proficient in excel (vlookups, formulae’s data analysis)
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
Proven ability to position products against competitors
Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Pay Range (Salary): 25-60k (per month)
