Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
Develop and execute seasonal menus reflecting authentic Greek flavors.
Manage kitchen staff, including training, rostering, and performance reviews.
Maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Collaborate with management on cost control, inventory, and supplier relationships.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role, preferably in Greek cuisine.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
