Location: Sarthana, Surat
Experience: 5+ Years (Italian, Chinese, Thai, Indian, French, Japanese)
· Menu Development: Create new and innovative menu items, potentially with input from the Executive Chef or owner.
· Food Preparation: Prepare food according to recipes and standards, ensuring quality and timely service.
· Kitchen Management: Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient service.
· Quality Control: Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation.
· Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to sanitation regulations and safety standards.
· Inventory Management: Manage food costs and inventory, potentially assisting with ordering supplies.
· Special Dietary Needs: Prepare dishes for guests with special dietary restrictions.
· Problem Solving: Resourcefully resolve any issues that arise in the kitchen
