Develop and cost seasonal menus that reflect the region
Maintain profitable kitchen operations and cost control
Build strong supplier relationships
Lead and develop your kitchen team
Ensure full Food Safety and Health & Safety compliance
Contribute ideas, energy, and consistency to a thriving restaurant
