Responsibilities
Run a kitchen that makes and specialises in salads, sandwiches, cold-pressed juices, ready to cook / ready to eat F&B products and manage kitchen staff for our e-commerce brand. You must be creative so you may create food products that are healthy and interesting.
Qualifications
1 year experience in a commercial kitchen or ready to eat food manufacturing facility / A degree in Hotel Management or catering. Good verbal and written communication skills, and should be able to speak Kannada or Hindi.
My team is mostly local women, so I’d prefer someone who can easily relate to them, be grounded, and work in harmony with local, mostly uneducated women.
